All of your points are true. We all can see it; and see it not getting better. Again, who's tasked with coaching his mechanics?

In general, who on the O staff is getting the job done coaching-wise? It is as bad as last year. After a tiny tease of improvement early, there's been nothing but full spectrum regression.
Troy Brown isn't getting it done. Great player. Bad coach.

That's the Pro Bowl cuz
No ****. The poster I was responding to said "when he did this cringe ****". Meaning I. The Pro Bowl. I'm pointing out he's been doing it for longer than that.

Those Rodney comments are a mix of him sniffing his own farts over the "Patriot way" and a dumbass "kids these days" point. They suck because they're not talented enough. That's it. It's about time we stop pretending penalties, lack of execution in crunch time, turnovers are questions of "mental toughness", "culture" or whatever. When the Patriots had great players, they executed, now they don't have them, so they don't. Ever wonder why the defense appears way more prepared than the offense even in weeks in which they don't perform their best? Because they have better talent and better schemes. I just can't with the "Patriot Way" stuff, they don't suck because they refuse to listen to Bill or whatever.
There's more to football than physical talent. To your point though, you are correct, the Patriots have a lack of talent.

Ahh well it's still cringe lol

Sure glad they just gave Brown a two million dollar bump in pay to not actually play in games. I usually tip the maitre d a twenty spot to show me quickly to my seat. The Pat tipped Brown $2 million to show DEs quickly to the QB.

Trent Brown totally quit yesterday. Not a time to be pumping up Brown’s technique.
Maccarite sighting watch out.

Talent isn't just physical, where did you get that from my post?

The Cowboys and Saints are middle of the pack teams yet they destroyed the Patriots.

McDaniels and the Raiders are going to destroy them if that guy starts another game.

People said this about Stidham and Zappe. Can we please stop getting desperate and buying into the "there's a magic man on the bench that coaches are being stubborn about and can come in and save the team".
embrace desperation

Would you rather watch Mac?? That's being wicked to your fans and in essence giving them the finger.

$3000?

Rob did you make this purchase?
I think Josh Rosen's card is worth more boy that's saying something. How low can Mac go ?? Lower than a earthworm's you know what.

A generational QB can actually elevate a more middling WR group, and if they have rushing or scrambling ability then they mitigate a below average OL as well. Drake Maye with this OL is probably fine.
Well the 49ers are doing it without a generational QB. I agree it would be good to have one but it’s not easy selecting one. Look at the 2021 draft, the press was calling it the best QB draft since 1983, maybe better, as of now they all seem to be busts or below average QB’s, the only who looks like he will be a good pick is Lawerence.

Yep, there's a talent issue, but there is also a definite effort issue here. The talent isn't top tier, but neither is this a Div II football team as has been showing in the results.

Time and attrition have picked clean the leadership/coaching from the dynasty days. With a degree of effort, this team can be competitive. Right now? It's the lack of effort from the team, as a whole, that is concerning. Some players are really trying. Others look like they're mentally already on whatever tropical beach they're running to in January.

Talent isn't just physical, where did you get that from my post?
That's how I inferred it. I would 100% agree it's not just physical.

The Pats gave Trent Brown an extra $2 million for plays like these?!? Someone call the police! Brown is guilty of grand theft.
