If BB had more trust in him he would have started over Hoyer.

He did the best he could in the circumstances. Generally appeared to have pocket presence. Accuracy was off when on the move. And the last 2 series where he passed the ball showed that he doesn‘t quite know how to handle situations yet where none of his reads are open, including the outlet guy. Big question is if he can learn from that experience.
Yeah, the kids just not ready. It was a miracle we were even in a position to win. He made some good wide open throws too.

The previous play that ran for 5 yards. Come on.
yup, and GB was selling out for another run and they gave it to them. On the road, in that situation, 45 yard line, go for the darn win. There are many "safe" pass calls they could have chosen.

Hopefully Mills gets back soon, he and Jack Jones can cover outside and Jonathan Jones can take the slot. And that Marcus Jones gets more defensive reps in practice to take over the dimeback role.
Exactly!!!!

So we FINALLY see Marcus Jones return punts in place of Bryant and the results were night and day. Hopefully he's close to taking his defensive snaps as well.

Welp. I’m done with this thread. Too much negativity and I have enough stress in my life, I don’t need to stress that our 3rd string, rookie QB almost a game in Green Bay.

• Strange seems to be settling in well as an immediate player that you would hope for in a 1st round OL.
• The D second level is frustrating. Far too often Wilson and Bentley are getting caught in the wash or chasing guys. Can’t think of a Belichick Pats team with a worse group.
• Get Bryant off the field. Don’t need to add anything to the obvious.
• Who do they add if Hoyer can’t go next week? There’s no QB on the practice squad.

Cam is still out there and knows the offense. Oh wait…..

4 rookies played pretty big roles in the game, and overall, we stood with them at their house. The finish was a letdown, obviously, but we were in a position to pull off the upset.

In my opinion, I think we were in 4 down territory at the end. There was a strong chance that that would be our last possession of the game, and Green Bay would make up the yardage gained by punting quickly. Four runs, or four passes, I don't care. We weren't supposed to be in this position in the first place, so why not gamble.

I just want to apologize for my joke last week about not having to see inside draws on 3rd down now that McDaniels is gone. Please forgive me.
