Game Day Thread Official Pats-Packers Preseason Game Thread

THIS IS OUR LIVE GAME DAY THREAD:

This is where we gather to follow things on Game Day. Obviously, emotions tend to be high so if anyone gets a little crazy, the use of the “Mute” button is encouraged on anyone who may be annoying to you to control your experience and to allow the moderators to also enjoy the game.

At the same time, please take a deep breath before over-reacting for the sake of making this a pleasant experience for everyone.

Lastly, we have never allowed promoting the use of any illegal streaming. This is illegal and will be enforced by copyright holders, which puts this site at risk. DO NOT POST ANY LINKS to those platforms.

This also means, there absolutely cannot be any mention these platforms, spaces, special characters, etc. - so do not get creative in trying to work around this request.

If you do you will have your account suspended.

I do not have the means to deal with legal issues and have already been contacted previously, so this absolutely needs to be adhered to. If you see any illegal links, please report them so a mod can remove them.

Great ST coverage, BB is pumped and jacked.

Zappe has to be the worst backup qb in the nfl

Yeah and Brady got sacked plenty of times and struggled in 2019. Not sure your point?
Brady never pointed the finger and blamed anyone.

Slater used to always be the first guy down on punts. He is now like the 3rd.

Over/Under on a Zappe batted pass?

Always take the over on that

Neither has Mac. At the same time, someone in Indianapolis once "tried to be a good teammate" but still couldn't help himself.

For those whose testicles are shrinking over the results of this game...

When the #1 OL was in the game, Mac and the offense looked good. And that's without Strange and Onwenu. That gives them 7 workable players on the OL who don't suck. THEY will be playing all 4 quarters when it matters. The offense is fine.

When the #1 D was out there, the Packers offense did nothing. That is who will be playing when it matters.

The rest of the game has been and will be looking at players to round out the roster.

We're good.

So far its the exact same preseason performance as last year

Schooler heir apparent to Slater.
i love slater to death, but honestly i would pass the torch to Schooler this year because we're going to need that extra roster spot for some of these competitive positions with young players

IE: WR, OL, DB, QB

I don't think Dugger even played IIRC. He's like the defensive wild card.
