team speed seems to be faster this year across the board...basicallyt all I really got out of tonight's game is the Pats finally hit on a WR in round 2...by the looks of Tyquan
a few things I've noticed. Bryant isn't a bad returner.
Thorton looks like he has legit potential and even showed decent blocking. Wilkerson has nfl talent but jag effort. He would stretch out if he really wanted to make the team. Wilson's closing speed is what I have always wanted to see from our lbs. Jennings looks okay. Harris and Zappe look like busts so far. I think I like the new tight end as a sleeper backup so far.
I like what we've seen from the team so far. I'm undecided if I like Wade's play so far.
I like JJ but I haven't seen him do all that much, I wouldn't be surprised to see them prefer to carry the rookies and develop them instead. Last year of his deal, save about $1M on the cap.
Seeing flashes of things to like from some guys. McGrone is fast and plays with high effort. Jack Jones periodically shows good instincts. Some things to be optimistic about on these depth guys.
