1000% and if you dare question Lord Bill’s genius you are told not to watch the games anymore and get insults fired high and inside.

Pickin 3 interior lineman when you have a desperate need for a competent LT seems dumb.
Almost as dumb as asking a defensive coordinator to coach and mentor your 2nd year qb

Bill ha repeatedly shown he does many dumb things and at 20 million a year he deserves to be questioned and criticized for bonehead decisions

Who was this "Competent" LT you'd have taken in the 4th round?
There's a huge difference between questioning Bill and acting like you've got better information than Belichick and Groh. Which is where YOU fall, btw.

Feel free to blindly follow everything this team does and talk **** to posters like you always do.

Feel free to keep making things up and not having a clue wtf you are talking about.

Shows how ignorant you truly are.

I can't believe how far Chase Brown fell. I loved his tape this year. Explosive dude. I would have loved to add him to the rotation, but I guess we consider RB fine now that Robinson has replaced Harris. I'll watch his career with interest.

He was a Y1 starter from D2 school. Look at his last 3 games where he was good. No pressures in the last game of 2022. He will take a huge Y2 jump IMO. You are too impatient.

Let’s hope, but people were saying the same thing about Mac Jones during the preseason last year. People have wishful thinking & are impressed easily. We had a thread last year about Thornton turning heads in the film room. Obviously it didn’t help his game.

Safe to say zone blocking is in the past ... I think that ship sailed by who is being drafted.
They’ve zone blocked for decades, but I totally get what you mean. No more Shanahan system. So maybe Zuma is right and they are moving Strange to T.

Easy. Take Jones with the first 4th rounder. Talent is there. Drive might not be. You take the risk though. And yes when most of a ****ing message board could call last years disaster a mile away it made me wonder about how competent the FO is.

Still better than waiting for Trent Brown to get hurt.

Before the draft it was Hines, Russey, Ferentz, and Murray with Steuber being a guy who could also play guard in a pinch. Adding Andrews, Mafo, and Sow on the inside should mean that Ferentz and Murray will be elsewhere....
Sounds like a good idea to me.

In recent years we lost two first ballot hall of famers and netted one 4th round pick. He sat on an asset in Gilmore a year too long and ended up getting a 6th. He franchised a guard in a lost season costing us a high comp pick the next year. He has had a string of bad to subpar drafts going back quite a while. He then completely derailed Mac's second season with the Patricia nonsense after Mac showed some promise in his rookie year. Now he seems to be in a pissing match with Mac because he didn't blindly pledge his allegiance to Bill's stupid plan. Bill should have been gone in January but he gets another chance to win 8 games again!

I’ll blame that on Patricia and Judge more so than Tyquans ability.

I had to turn the draft off, when are we on the clock next what picks do we have left.

Agreed. QB usually takes until Y3, so it is important to see a jump this year from Strange, Thornton, and Mac.

I had hoped the Pats would add a RB (they still can), but with K. Harris on the team behind Stevenson, Robinson, and Strong and with JJ Taylor likely PS bound again, I can see why it wouldn't be a focus.

I can bring in 10 joes off the street and call it depth. Doesn't mean its quality. Tackle was more of an issue. They now have 7 or maybe 8 interior guys and if Trent Brown goes down at tackle they are ****ed. Thats the difference.
You can draft ten randoms who are listed at tackle and still be screwed if they are bad. I hate the OT line depth on this team, but I totally buy that the draft wasn’t the way to address it. Or rather, that they could have addressed it but the only way to do so would have cost them Christian Gonzalez. If you’re starting left tackle is a rookie drafted after the second round, you’re screwed.

You're the one who keeps running his mouth and showing himself to be the douchebag. But, keep projecting your short-comings onto others.
Nah I made a post and you reacted to it in a douchebag manner. Hence, douchebag. Theres your crown, king douchebag.

Tampa took the lacrosse player

No excuses for the OL lol. I really don't want to hear about tackle anymore either. Bill and co thinks we're good. I hope he's right! Not being sarcastic here. We had a clear need at tackle and the powers that be thought otherwise so I hope they're right.

And I understand the process is far from over. Trades, cuts, I get it. We'll see.
Obviously we thought we had needs at tackle and WR. BB instead went all in on defense then just stockpiled backup quality guards, center, and kicker in round 4 onwards.

I feel like we could have done a lot more with this draft. But it looks like BB felt there was nobody of value on Day 3 and went straight into acquire ST players/backups mode.

I believe we have every pick of the entire sixth round, which is about to start.
