Class is overrated in the NFL.
Class isn't overrated, but it is meaningless without winning.

Class is overrated in the NFL.
I can't disagree more with this. I don't think he's class, first of all. He has skeletons in his closet. And I think the way people diminish the Patriots accomplishments to glorify Manning is mindboggling.
So 38 people would rather listen to "Peyton > Brady" for the next lifetime just because Richard Sherman asks Brady if he was mad after a close regular season game.
FAIL!
I hope Sherman gets five interceptions and sets a SB record for making a quarterback look incompetent.
GO HAWKS!
Yeah nothing against Hercules, but I disagree with his assessment of that situation/fiasco. In regards to this particular post of yours Patsnut it is spot on in my opinion. I wish I could like this comment more than once. In regards to this thread the OP should have added a third option as I don't want either to win. Please don't take this as a personal attack. It is my opinion that was one dumb post.
He ran after Crabtree who was 15 yards away, got in his face, and gave him the double choke sign. Carroll should demand that his players have higher standards than that, and sitting him for a couple of series will make the point to him and others.
But you are entited to your opinion.
You guys **** on Sherman for being a 'thug' and idolize the man who does this

Double standards?

not really. sherman already won the NFCCG and made the game winning play. there was no need for him to rub it into the face of crabtree or rant about it afterwards. he got want he wanted - a trip to the super bowl.
brady was upset about a call - after losing the game. his anger was directed towards the official, not any of the opposing players.
sherman's comments were personal - calling crabtree an average player.
No double standard. Tom brady never made motion with his hand or verbally threatened to assault anyone. Richard Sherman got in crabtree's face after the play and motioned to Crabtree with a chocking sign

Go Hawks. They deserved a Superbowl from way back when the refs handed it to the Steelers anyway.
I suggest you guys read Sherm's MMQB post.
