Game Day Thread OFFICIAL GDT: Panthers visit Patriots 9/28

THIS IS OUR LIVE GAME DAY THREAD:

This is where we gather to follow things on Game Day. Obviously, emotions tend to be high so if anyone gets a little crazy, the use of the “Mute” button is encouraged on anyone who may be annoying to you to control your experience and to allow the moderators to also enjoy the game.

At the same time, please take a deep breath before over-reacting for the sake of making this a pleasant experience for everyone.

Lastly, we have never allowed promoting the use of any illegal streaming. This is illegal and will be enforced by copyright holders, which puts this site at risk. DO NOT POST ANY LINKS to those platforms.

This also means, there absolutely cannot be any mention these platforms, spaces, special characters, etc. - so do not get creative in trying to work around this request.

If you do you will have your account suspended.

I do not have the means to deal with legal issues and have already been contacted previously, so this absolutely needs to be adhered to. If you see any illegal links, please report them so a mod can remove them.

I'd challenge it, **** it. You don't need all 3 timeouts in the next two min.

Literally a fly's nut sack from scoring there

Special teams look pretty good this year, an occasional kicker's brain fart aside.
Funny enough everyone was talking about the Panthers’ ST this week

Weirdly enough, Henderson might actually be the "power" back, and Stevenson the "receiving" back.

I don’t think I would. They are 1 and goal with inches to go. Bleed that clock so the Panthers can’t try to get some cheap points before the half. I think they will get a TD with the Panthers’ run defense.

Right!??

Stevenson takes FOREVER to get upfield.

Henry is so good at getting open but his ability to run after the catch is frustratingly average. Love the dude but C'mon get the inch lol.

Not conclusive. It would not be overturned, no matter which way they called it on the field. It was just too close.

Rham gets the Maroney TippyToe disease on occasion. Weird.

Heart be still. Some Pats historian needs to find out when the last time the Pats had a 21 point lead at any point in the game.

Because you know it's because the Panthers are that bad.
The part that helps NE : many many franchises are awful. This NE team could easily be a top 5 pick type squad OR a bottom playoff team.

Maye after that first incompletion:

He's since 8-of-8 for 95yds

He's just slow, but he can make guys miss well and he has soft hands, and a great pass protector, which is what you want in a third down back. Meanwhile Henderson hits the line fast and hard.
