Usually they do not. I saw that Jonathan Jones commented about this a couple days ago and said that Gonzalez was staying with the team to keep learning and take mental reps.

I'd have no problem with Josh back as OC if Bill stays, no complaints here. Bill and Josh worked well together. Obviously Bill has struggled without Josh.
