I knew this was coming. I didn't think it would happen this early though. Makes letting Bennett go that much more stupid. And wasting a draft pick on his JAG replacement and paying him essentially the same amount of money. Bill doesn't miss on many, but he missed big time with Allen. The Gilleslee and Burkhead signings while letting Blount walk look pretty bad also. Backs like Gilleslee are a dime a dozen. They could have drafted a back like him in the late rounds and paid far less, given his money to Blount.
Tryin' to kill my positive spin eh? Well I think we can do it with Tom even if we need to take Stanley Morgan and Lin Dawson out of retirement!! So there!!
If Cooks doesn't get a ton of balls thrown his way next week I don't know what the deal is. Brady needs to fully let him in the Tom Brady circle of trust and just give it a shot.
