I was surprised to see him in position to return the opening kick tonight. Bill either sees something in the kid or is unwilling to give up on a valuable asset (2nd rounder). Actually, it's definitely both.
Ravens shot themselves in the foot at that 4th down. They wanted the score at the score at the end of the half and to receive the ball in the 2nd half.
