I'm not sure ive ever heard of the penalty called on the pa, something about contact with the center? Any who this crew which calls over 21 penalties a game should be dis-banded.

What started the rulel was the hit on carson palmer by kimo von olhofen in a play off game, not the hit on brady that kncoked him out in 0'11. But i always here that it was the hit on TB that resulted in penalty for hitting a qb low.
