Deeper passing game appeared to have some success last drive. That said, Josh will probably focus on toss sweeps or design around getting the ball to the receiver 5 yards behind the LOS and making guys miss.
That's by design- no outright rushing on most snaps, just focus on keeping Watson in the pocket and forcing him to work against the DBs which are by far the best part of our D.
I thought he was going to be this great receiving threat after training camp reports this year… I’m still trying to figure out why he’s here if he can’t get open and catch some thing… He certainly isn’t only here for his stellar punt and kick return abilities
