Mac isn’t made for the NFL, seems like a good dude but he isn’t gonna last in this league.

Lets see last year he was good enough to make the Pro Bowl as a rookie. That doesn't happen very often

But then he inexplicably called Timeout after every draw!?!?

You don't get more points for having leftover timeouts I don't see the problem

Thats what happens when your Qb is a turnover machine. The coaching staff has no confidence in Mac's ability to execute.

They want to run and gain yards.

It was bad, but I've seen worse. Sometimes teams will mismanage the clock to the point where they come away with 0 points.

Of course, Mac did throw a pick six and got bailed out through someone else's actions.

I don't care if that was not an actual interception if I'm belichick I'm 100% considering that an interception and if I'm belichick I'm holding Jones accountable.

That is your opinion that was what Jones could see. From that picture, it looks like a typical Patriots blocking strategy of the defender directing the rusher beyond the pocket. Which is what probably would have happened if Cannon didn’t disengage the rusher.

That’s not my opinion. That’s a fact. Anyone with working eyes can see that the pocket is collapsing in front of, and around Mac. Maybe I should just keep posting the picture until you decide that this is a stupid hill to die on?

No matter how bad it gets we need to stick with Mac. The decision was made in the Bears game and BB needs to show some conviction. No back and forth even if Mac goes down in flames. Commit to one guy and see if he can dig himself out of this grave. If he cannot then there will be no qb controversy if Zappe takes over permanently at some point.

Happy with the call, but damn,,,, that pick was concerning. What the heck was Mac seeing? I don't recall a pick that inexplicable since Bledsoe put it right on the numbers of an Linemans numbers in a playoff game. That was decades ago. I mean it was a freaking pitch and catch to the DB. WTF?

That was last year… Not sure what has changed with him but he looks like a totally different player this year
