Credit to Mac, I felt like he was one of few QBs who could mentally tell himself to just not give a f*** about the whole Damar Hamlin situation and just ball out. I think the rest of the guys are feeding off that.

Subtract Matt, add an O-lineman or two, get an OC sophisticated enough that he can take advantage of Mac's skills, which would do best in a more sophisticated scheme; I think the offense, and Mac, might just be good enough. With this year's coaching disaster, we don't really know HOW good they might be.

If we continue to do well today, can we please not entertain the delusion that Matt can ever be a worthwhile OC?
