Mad we won but glad the guys got a win to leave on a high note, particularly Cam. Glad to see all that hard work get him at least one more W.

No one will ever remember this game in the whole scheme of things, so you guys wanting the Jets to lose because they’re the Jets, is weird. Fine, it’ll feel okay for a day, but it doesn’t do well for the Patriots draft status.
What we can do ? Nothing...

I'll take a WIN any day over one slot in the draft.

I thought the Jets were locked at 2
They were. But if it wasn't last week, it's now guaranteed that they'll pick a QB and not trade it or whatever with how Darnold's looked.

I think personality-wise and work ethic-wise he's been really great this year, much more than expected. Too bad he physically just seems unable to throw the ball like he used to anymore.

He has, had the ability been there he could have been the guy

Looks like 13 or 14 was the best we could do in the draft given the other teams performance. So not a huge factor to win. Also don't care at all about the win for probably the first time in 20 years. Just a trash season that I hope to forget asap.

darnold is the definition of $1M arm $0.10 head. happy for the players and bill the coach, his team didn't quit on him. that's important. too bad Charlie Parker didn't allow fans to enjoy the snow game.
Well Cam has a $1m arm... so you're saying Darnold doesn't have a single redeeming quality?

By the way, if both the Patriots and the Vikings finish 7-9, who has the tie-breaker for the higher pick?

This was just painful, CBS showing all the WR draft busts which coincide with Josh McDaniels being here since 2012 (not even counting a 2nd for Sanu). Screenshot.

Darnold will have plenty of ghost stories to tell his grandkids.

Let’s face it losing to a Jets team with effectively no coach would have been a colossal embarrassment. At least they wrapped things up swinging.

Stidham did not playied at all...mmm...
