Obviously excited about a 6-0 start, but once we face a complete team, between the lack of O weapons, porous OL, ****ty kicker, and untested D (against a really good O), I fear we will struggle. Something has to give. Too many holes on the team. BB needs to make some decisions and god willing Kraft stays out of it.

Just to be clear, is your position that he should have thrown the ball away within 2 seconds before any of the routes that were being run could develop?

My point is he should have known that pressure will come from the left pretty soon and be ready to either roll out if there is space, throw it away or take the sack.

And once we have the A22 we will see that it was not all vertical routes.

Yes. I played the game. The more you talk, the more I’m sure you haven’t. Izzo has a responsibility on vertical routes to hold up. The play call doesn’t call for Brady assuming he can’t. If Izzo is in the game, Brady has to assume he will hold up in protection on Brady’s blind side. That he didn’t is on Izzo, not Brady. That’s all there is to it. The coaches are not telling Brady in practice “hey Tom, even though we are calling vertical routes here, don’t hold the ball for too long. Izzo sucks in pass pro. Throw it away in 1.5 seconds before the receivers break on the routes.” That’s what you’re saying here. That’s ****ing ******ed. Anyone reading your last post that actually played the game and understands protections is laughing.
