THIS IS OUR LIVE GAME DAY THREAD:

This is where we gather to follow things on Game Day. Obviously, emotions tend to be high so if anyone gets a little crazy, the use of the “Mute” button is encouraged on anyone who may be annoying to you to control your experience and to allow the moderators to also enjoy the game.

At the same time, please take a deep breath before over-reacting for the sake of making this a pleasant experience for everyone.

Lastly, we have never allowed promoting the use of any illegal streaming. This is illegal and will be enforced by copyright holders, which puts this site at risk. DO NOT POST ANY LINKS to those platforms.

This also means, there absolutely cannot be any mention these platforms, spaces, special characters, etc. - so do not get creative in trying to work around this request.

If you do you will have your account suspended.

I do not have the means to deal with legal issues and have already been contacted previously, so this absolutely needs to be adhered to. If you see any illegal links, please report them so a mod can remove them.

Do you think he'll turn out better than Josh Allen or Zach Wilson?
After one half my official prediticion: instead of calling this segment of time "AD" in calendars, we are going to call it "MJ" for Mac Jones once he's done in this league.

This is not a knock on the defense, but Tua is easily one of the worst starters in the league. Maybe the worst. How can one even describe the level of his suckitude? I think the Pats win big as the walls close in on him in the second half.
Serious question : is his lack of success due to his severe injury ? Was he simply overrated ? It is too early to judge such a young QB ? I’m curious as I’ve not watched much Tua.

I'll take it

From @ESPNStatsInfo: Mac Jones had 133 passing yards in the first half, which would have been a season-high for the Patriots in a first half in 2020 (Week 17, Jets, 129 yards).

18-11 top advantage Pats. That plus ground game really favors NE 2nd half

Okay first half for Mac, about what I hoped for realistically.

Uche trucks him!

Maybe this comes back to bite me but I think Tua is very overrated…..but Mac not at all….no homerisms from me….but Mac looks to have potential be a top shelf pro …..Tua reminds me of a Mariota or Sanchez

I really don’t know. I’m not a scout or a college guy, but I hated his release/windup in college and how the ball lollipops out of his hand.

It’s not too early to judge.

Missing Gilmore hurts

Y’all check on chiefsplanet lolol

Chiefs (or I guess Pat Mahomes' Chiefs) are known for coming back, and Browns are known for choking. I wouldn't be worried if I was a Chiefs fan, but we'll see. lol.

we need a good series by the D since Miami has the ball first
