I want to see if they can salvage Jones. He is still the best chance the Pats have a franchise QB on the roster. Unfortunately, Patricia and the o-line is helping to ruin him.

Not so sure I agree. Haven’t seen enough reason to think Zappe is any less chance at a franchise QB.
