Crappy thing about putting Stidham in now is, again, he's coming in with a multi score deficit and will have to press. Are you going to get a good evaluation of him from that?
It’s a combination of bad drafting and not valuing what we did have. We could have tried to keep Cooks. We didn’t have to disrespect Amendola with paycuts every year. We didn’t have to didn’t have to immediately give up on Matthews when he got hurt in the pre season and spend 3 off seasons acting like a crackhead swapping out WR options.Bill has neglected the O for a few years now and it's finally caught up with us. No great QB to bail us out.
When he’s got them open he needs to throw to them. Not ten yards off target. Or to the other team.Cam did well a couple wereks ago when the passing attack was opened up. Stop calling these crappy 3 yard passes.
.
We will never get Lawrence....Maybe Mac from Alabama
It's now ugly.D is struggling but they’ve got to be exhausted.
Need to keep this a 2 possession game or it could get ugly.
I don’t know how anybody is still unironically mocking needing weapons.Just look at the speed difference between the Niners offense and ours. Their skill position players get the ball in their hands and turn upfield. Within seconds, they’re breaking off 5-10 yard chunk plays. Our “skill position” players, the League of Ordinary Gentlemen, get the ball in their hands and immediately there’s a swarm around them. There’s just no game breaker on the offensive side of the ball. Nobody that’s going to move that second safety out of the box.
It just sucks because its clear the team has rallied around Cam to an extent, benching him as the starter will inevitably damage team culture for some period of time.We haven’t every time he’s in. That’s why I say you start him next week and see what he can do with 1st team snaps in practice.
What happened to Denver after 2015. Loaded defenses have to grind out games and they loose discipline and concentration when they know they have no offense to keep it honestSo what has happened to the defense?
