It's hard to win the locker room when your top two players don't bother show up to team meetings and practices. Who made them the leaders of the team was Maccagnan.

Bowles did a good job in his first year and a bad one in his second. The players expected to rise, failed to do so. Hard to blame JUST Boles

It's not Bowles' job to "win" the locker room. It's his job to COMMAND the locker room. He has done a poor job of coaching this season.
