Paul could still pan out. Sumataia is probably going to be moved inside because they signed a tackle in free agency, and he was buried on their depth chart.
Paul could pan out, that was just my reasoning for putting Ozzy as a potential 2nd rounder.

To be fair our entire defense with the exception of Gonzo was a whole bag of dirty ass.
Whether the other players were good or bad, Ellis was bad. He doesn’t have the makeup of a LB. He diagnose, read, see or fill like a good LB.

Maybe not, let Sanders sit a year.
Wilson and Winston as mentors.
It could also be Carter to the Giants.
If your Schoen or Daboll and on the hot seat
The last thing I would do is draft Shedeur
Deion will be a thorn in their sides all year while Sanders sits
With the NY media will be salivating like Pavlovian dogs

I don’t think anyone has any idea how this draft is going to fall.
Cam Ward is going #1.

Carter and Hunter are 2 of the next 3.

The only question is whether the Giants or Browns draft Sanders and hopefully more clarity on that after his pro day.

Since there are 2 QB's and 2 blue chips it's all come down to Sanders draft spot on how the Pats end up.

It’s all lip service.

- The Titans seem pretty locked in on Cam Ward, but it’s to their advantage to leave the rest of the league guessing as to what their motives are. If someone wants to pay a king’s ransom for the pick because they’re nervous they otherwise might not get their guy, I’m sure the Titans will entertain the offer.

- Ward should earn the starting role rather than have it be handed to him on a silver platter. Although I don’t think it’ll really be much of a competition: the Titans are going to want to not look foolish for drafting another QB if they already had a capable one in Will Levis. They’ll call it a competition but the job is Ward’s unless he completely faceplants in training camp. Actions speak louder than words. They aren’t drafting Ward with the intention of him being Levis’ backup, but they also don’t want to risk Ward falling into complacency and entitlement.

- Levis should insist that he can still be a starting quarterback. His livelihood is at stake and the team is on the verge of drafting his replacement. Capitulating is not an option for him.

Depends he could also use that as we are developing Sanders and we won’t want to mess with that chemistry by firing me.

Interesting The Athletic article ranking NFL offseason winners and losers. This is based only on player and not on coaching changes. Patriots are #3 in the winner category, the Jests are dead last.

Well the question is does that change anything for them as far as being interested in drafting a QB high? I don't think so. You could argue they'll be less likely to do so. but this is a 1 year deal. They certainly don't have faith in Wilson long term. But he may well be able to win a few extra games for them this year. This is something they need to consider carefully going into the draft. Let's say Wilson helps raise their offense from 16.1PPG to 19.1 PPG (not impossible considering they had 3 QBs start last year and none were impressive).

Maybe now instead of 3-14 and having a top 3 pick they go 5-12 or 6-11 and have they the 8th or 9th pick. For all we know Arch Manning may even not come out that year. Not like he needs the money after all. He can take another year, and has stated he plans to. I don't see why he would lie. So that is 1 QB off the board. Nussmeier right now seems like the #1 pick, and they won't get him. That could change of course and he could end up falling out of the first entirely.

Sellers is a guy many are penciling in as the current #2... he probably won't last till the Giants pick, and Frankly Sanders is probably a better prospect anyway. There are serious questions if there is even another QB who is likely to project as a starter level guy at this point.

Maybe Nelson or Lameleava or Allar? Who knows? The point is they will be picking the 3rd or 4th guy... 4th or 5th down when Arch decides not to declare depending on how you look at it. People want to act like this could be a monster QB class... and it could be. But right now you see grades for the top 7 or so guys all over the place from #1 overall to the 5th round. Hard to be so confident in such a class. Particularly when you know likely 1st and 2nd choice won't be yours.

The point is... the Giants should still strongly considering taking this chance to target a QB for the future. If he bust in 2 year they may still be in a position to get Arch.
It’s no more of a reason for them not to draft a QB than Brissett signing with us was.

Who the hell did the Raiders add to get 36 extra points this season? (i hope this is season stats, otherwise is even more made up numbers than i can comprehend)

Geno Smith, versus whatever they tried playing at QB last season.

The author gives them top spot because they added a QB. In his assessment of the Patriots third place position he concedes that an argument could be made to place them in second or even first position.

Because of who exactly? Hollins? Moses? A recovering Diggs? I’m not down, but I’m not overly optimistic either.

Yeah, thanks for the link, even though the atlantic has a paywall i think i get the gist (ill break it once im home lol). Who doesnt love putting number into what we are feeling?

Makes sense that QBS are overvalued in this kind of analysis, that's how it is with Football.

If we hit well in the Draft, we might turnaround this team pretty quick, we are one trustworthy o line away from being good good, imo, if Maye develops well
