What is up with Houston’s receivers? Collins, Dell, Metchie, now both Higgins and Noel. Seems like a lot.

Neither Dell nor Metchie have lived up to their draft positions so far. Dell has the injury excuse. But considering they have Collins, taking two WRs this high is a little strange.
