It's easy, and only takes a few moments.yeah normally I’d agree but take the best QB available when ready, if Sanders is the best on the board, why not? I don’t even like the player but if it makes sense it makes sense. Remember the guy isn’t coming in as a high pick so it’s not like they’re drafting him to compete with Drake. Could also take Ewers. They won’t take sanders
Not overestimating at all. People called it a reach. It was notI think you all are overestimating the reaction here. No one is actually upset here.
I'm wondering if they just reach with one of the 5ths for Hawes and call it a draft for the most part.
Not gonna be sanders though. Vrabel would want nothing to do with that attitude. We have a couple of seventh round picks too. It would actually be crazy if they didn't take him with one of them at that point
5th is a little too high though, still need edge, still need te.
Why was this guy at the draft? Lol
I'm thinking the attitude might be different as a 7th round pick, getting Josh Dobbs' coffee. Not gonna be sanders though. Vrabel would want nothing to do with that attitude.
I don’t think he did. I think he just showed upSurprised he got an invite.
Also surprised he didn't go on day 2
Why was this guy at the draft? Lol
I didn’t know much about the player so it was a legit question to the board. He was in my top 100. Value pick.
Did you seriously "I saw a 5th round grade this one place on a guy we took in the 4th, reach?"
There's still time to blame Bill belichick, if you wanted to edit btw.
Perhaps they see White as DE in a 4 man front, playing outside the T rather than a 3 man front playing in the T?Maybe the Patriots aren't looking for a depth EDGE. Their draft contacts at that position were all potential starters. I think Jah Joyner was their only pre-draft contact with a day three edge rusher.
At this point in the draft it’s different. If you show that attitude, your ass is cut.I'm thinking the attitude might be different as a 7th round pick, getting Josh Dobbs' coffee.
I didn’t know much about the player so it was a legit question to the board.
I must really have Bill lovers shook lol. Truth hurts. One of the all time greats who also sucked ass at his job the last two years he was here, period.
He was around 197 on the consensus board. The fact that a few people had a 3rd or 4th on him doesn't change the fact that most had him as 6th/7th round prospect. Not overestimating at all. People called it a reach. It was not
