It also doesn't help him that he was far less consistent than the four ahead of him. Douglas and Polk were their best receivers during camp, Osborn is the only real vet in the group, and Thornton has a unique skillset. With or without off the field stuff, Baker was going to need to wow people early to get on the field for week 1, and he didn't do that. Long way to go though. Kid's got talent and this group isn't good enough to lock anyone in all season.

He is a healthy scratch because he is getting pushed off his routes and dropping the ball too often. He is also lining up wrong.

Agreed. There is talent there, but oil change places in the south are full of dudes who had “talent”. Dude needs to decide if he wants to grow up, put the work in, and shut up, or be Antonio Brown without the accomplishments.
