So right now, our front (primary) 7 rotation...

Interior DL: Barmore, Godchaux, Ekuale, Pharms, Roberts

Jumbo DEs: Wise, White

EDGE: Judon, Uche

ILB: Bentley, Takitaki, Tavai

S/LB Hybrids: Dugger, Pepper, Mapu

Would like to see Jennings back and then another big body inside, leaning more towards the run stuffer vs. pass rusher niche.

Need a FS. Kamren Curl is still out there.

So was he cut and signed, or traded?

Parker to Eagles. I get he was unpopular here, but he's not that bad. Not surprised he latched on somewhere.

But for that to happen, there had to have been a TRADE and a restructure of the contract.

So was he cut and signed, or traded?
I don't believe that the Patriots can pay another team's contract unless he's traded. We'll have to wait for more details.

The Pats weren't releasing Parker until Tomorrow and had granted him the ability to go look for another team for trade..

Did we cut Parker or just say we intended to cut him?
Intend to cut him tomorrow but gave him permission to talk to other teams if I remember correctly.

Seems like the Eagles believe the Pats WRs aren't as bad as advertised.

Looking at some of the Chargers' potential cap casualties/possible trade bait, current cap #, annual contracts, and age (in 2024).
LAC is currently $26 million over the cap, and needs to fix that by tomorrow.

In regards to @DW Toys suggestion of a trade: I think that would make sense for a team that is already a playoff contender - but much less so for a team that is rebuilding. My concern woul be that they are here for only a year or two, then leave in free agency. That's an acceptable trade-off for a contender; less so for a rebuilding team.

Now if you want to try and sign one of these players after they are released, without having to trade awat draft capital - that's a different consideration.

Edit: hat tip to @Sciz for pointing out that trades cannot be made until after the start of the new league year, Wednesday. Teams must also be under the cap at that point - therfore such a trade cannot be made.

Thank you. All great players in thier own right, but 3 of the 4 haven't played a full season in I don't know when.. I'd take Mack personally.

I am quite surprised we weren’t after one of the top free safeties.
