I wouldn't be surprised to see Davis dumped the moment another WR is signed.Garrett Wilson, Allen Lazard, Corey Davis, Mecole Hardman, Denzel Mims, AND Odell Beckham? That seems like a bit much

I read if the Raiders pay him he goes on their Cap and comes off our Cap. That is why we let him go, and the Raiders picked him up.
It makes all the sense in the world, but if they don't like Levis or Richardson (one but not both are likely to be available at 8) then it might make sense for them to hope to get that generational talent next year.Falcons are really trying to revamp that defense I respect it.
I don’t see any way they don’t go QB early in the draft.
He's really not. Had a few splash plays in their Superbowl run, and is an outrageous athlete but can't play the run and is terrible in coverage, despite his movement skills. He's given up more yards in coverage than any other LB since he's been in the league, by a wide margin. He's a pretty good blitzer, but that's about it.White is a beast. Tackling, speed, covering, pass rushing - he is a legit LB .
I watched him regularly and I am sure he is much better than Bentley, McMillan And Wilson altogether. He's really not. Ranked as a 17th LB last season by PFF he must be familiar with fashion. That's like being praised for being the best dressed man in Albania
I don't pay for PFF so I can't speak to the veracity of that. But according to this article from a Bucs fan site, that also uses PFF stats to back up their opinion, they pretty much align with my thoughts on himRanked as a 17th LB last season by PFF he must be familiar with fashion.
I am not saying he is perfect but watching him on the field you see a leader and that is what I am missing speaking of Patriots LBs.I don't pay for PFF so I can't speak to the veracity of that. "No stat works more in White’s favor than his pressure rate. He is among the best linebackers in the game when it comes to blitzing the quarterback. He also has a knack for creating turnovers, a highly valuable skill that is not easy to duplicate.
The problem is, White is pretty bad at just about everything else. It would be difficult to describe him as anything but a liability in pass coverage. He plays zone coverage too soft, and does not appear comfortable carrying receivers.
White also misses a lot of tackles, consistently finishing in the bottom half of the league in missed tackle rate. Here, White’s blazing speed can be a liability as he frequently comes in too hot on tackle attempts, and bounces right off ball carriers."
What do the Bucs do with Devin White?
With a $55 million cap overage looming, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers will have their fill of tough roster decisions this offseason. One of the bigger decisions that is flying under the radar is what the Bucs will do with the apparent heart of their defense, linebacker…bucswire.usatoday.com
