The Ward pick supports the idea that they’re coming up for a LT from the 2nd round. There will likely be CBs available at the top of the 2nd which they won’t be able to pick if they trade up.

Yeah, so is that DE. They’re both good players. But what’s harder to get, an impact guard or an impact pass rusher ? The only reason Nelson is considered is that Denver has von miller in the fold coupled with a bad oline.
