There is a difference between taking risks and a player having a history of not giving a crap. Chad Johnson obviously didn't give a crap. It is BB's job to call around and ask people about what they know about a player. There is no way he did his due diligence if it is coming out now that half the time he had no idea what he was doing in Cincy.

Haynesworth was a risk worth taking. Giving Chad a bucketful of money simply was not.

I just wish BB dumped him sooner. Would have been nice having a WR during the SB who wasn't injured or a moron. Welker had no chance of doing it on his own.

Oh, and I bet next time the Pats are stuck inside their own five they'll run the ball.
 
I'm here to take my lumps on Chad. I was wrong. I just hope that Chad re-doing his contract and then being cut doesn't backfire on Bill and the Pats. Though I will say this. It is only OTAs so other veterans may not look at it as harshly..

You told us that the Pats passing O was complex. For that you deserve an A.
