O/T: Johnny Football Out At Cleveland?

I have little respect for Draftniks who only look at athletic ability and ignore other qualities. The QB position is about LEADERSHIP first; and then about some athletic ability. All those donning a NFL uniform have plenty of athletic ability. Most fail because it takes Leadership ability; and "QB IQ", an understanding of what you see the opponents and your team mates doing. Manziel is a miserable failure at that.

How can his team mates trust him, never mind accept his "leadership"; or put their future income and rely on him? They can't and won't. Nor would you or I.

The military knows what it successful officers must be able to do. They emphasize leadership qualities, above all.

Sources are reporting that new Browns head coach Hue Jackman is VERY interested in moving on from the Johnny Football Experience.

New Browns Coach Reportedly Wants To 'Move On' From Manziel

Really?

I have a feeling that in a year or two, the entire NFL may be very interested in moving on from the Johnny Football experience.

he will be out of football next season

Sigh. It's what I get for trying to type and listen to my daughter at the same time.

My apologies. I've corrected the original post. Mea Culpa.

Nah, he'll get one more chance with another team. But since he can't play, it won't matter. Plus, he'll probably fall off the wagon again next year.

Everyone in Cleveland wants to move on from Manziel.

He'll spend a year in Jersey with the rats and out of football the following season.

If he's smart, he'll name him starter for next year, them see if he can get 10 cents on the dollar for him, as in any draft pick.

And to think I already pronounced him a failure based on his play, not his assholiness or alcoholism.

You need to learn an awful lot to improvise successfully in the NFL.

What a cluster of a franchise that he has been kept this long. Wow.

We are so freaking lucky.
