NYT: The NFL has a Goodell problem

What I am saying is that the Post n the Daily News r dogs whereas the NYT is supposedly above that. Well, it isn't. In fact, Rhoden was on a couple of morning shows like GMA n the one CBS has to Yelp about Brady n "those Cheating Pattiots"

We agree on Rhoden. We disagree on the rest of the Times coverage vs. the two rags.

No. Ever since they figured out what was going on late last summer (2015) the Daily News (Lupica and Myers) has been friendly to Brady and scornful of Goodell. Rhoden before his retirement was awful and Araton has taken a few shots, but Rhoden was bad.

Contrary to popular opinion, Gary Myers is not in NE's corner, and never has been. He's ok with Brady since doing the Manning book with him. He despises Bill Belichick and not only considers him a "serial cheater", but also thinks BB is wildly overrated as a coach. On page 196 of his book "Brady vs. Manning" the first sentence in paragraph 2: "Belichick's history of cheating made the Patriots an easy target." Not "alleged" history, or "suspected" history...just history - as in confirmed.
