I think they will be limited by their offense. Shanahan is supposedly doing a great job with what he has but ultimately the 49ers don't have enough playmakers on offense IMO, and Jimmy G so far...has been good, but again, we don't know how he will perform when the stakes go up. Brady carried this team in 2013 with Gronk missing half of the season and with Edelman and Dobson as top receiving options all the way until the Broncos game, can Jimmy G do the same? I doubt it.
