Would you like to explain how #3 in points allowed, at just 15.6 per game,.#8 in rushing yards, and an opponent passer rating of 67.6, with the 2nd most sacks in the NFL is not really good defense?

I explained it already. Having your offense score 40 points a game affords a defense the luxury to play fast and loose and attack the QB. I'm sure this isn't news to you. You think last years defense was "really good." I don't. I think they were average but benefited greatly from having the #1 offense in the league. That doesn't make me less of a fan or worthy of your scorn.

And, like I said before, I twisted nothing.

I will accept your opinion that allowing the 3rd fewest points in the NFL, the 8th fewest rushing yards, and allowing a 67.6 opponent passer rating is not 'really good' defense.
Of course that will cause me to dismiss your future opinions as lacking any shread of knowledge or credibilty.
I'm glad you didn't twist anything, that made it easy for me to gauge your lack of football knowledge.

Ohhh, Andy's going to dismiss my opinions (you'd be better served trying to contain your inner douche). Hey can't you come up w/ some loser stat on how yesterday's performance puts this patched together defense in the Top 3-5 in the league? Then you could follow it up with a nice dose of self righteous scorn when the know nothings call you out for the fool you are.

Oh, and do yourself a favor and change the title of your thread. Stats ? Facts (at least not the way you use them - with too much reliance on inference).

Brady sure has fallen on some hard times.

I can't imagine what misery it must be to be the 2nd best QB in the NFL instead of the best.

You have to judge INTs otherwise it wouldn't be fair to look at Marino, Elway, Montana etc. On paper, you would have to analyze their tipped passes. Where he ranks is pointless unless it's fair across the board.

With that said Brady is having an awesome year, could be second behind 07.
