They need a Qb and OL but after mayfield I honestly didn’t care for any of the QBs that high and I’m taking Barkley over quinton Nelson. You can make the argument of trading down for future picks.
There is absolutely no reason to draft a RB #2 unless you are in win now mode.

Colts dropped from 3 to 6 and picked up 3 2nd round picks. TB dropped from 7 to 12 for another 2 2nd round picks. That's a lot of additional picks to rebuild a roster and still get a blue chip player.
Drafting Barkley then trading up to get Lamar Jackson would have been at least a plan of some sort. Or getting Bridgewater in the offseason. Just some sort of indication that you don't intend to ride Eli as undisputed starter for the next five years.
