Besides rooting for a big healthy Pats win, we can all root for losses by Houston, Denver and Baltimore........

The other games seem to be going our way at the time.
Dallas and Washington are winning/tied so that is bad for NYG.
Minnesota is beating Houston.
Steelers and Cincy is basically just about who you'd rather face, that one I'm not touching both can be dangerous opponents.
The only one not going well is Indy-KC it'd be better for us if KC wins that one, then Indy should have incentive to beat Houston next week.

Of course we have to win our game for any of that to matter. And the most important game remains Denver/Cleveland later on.

Honestly, Foster hasn't been that good for the past month or so. They're probably better off resting him and letting the next 2 guys on the depth chart (who are pretty good) get some carries anyway.

weird season for sd

worst since 2003 yet first time ever beating pitt in pitt in the regular season, and they're actually going to beat the jets for the first time since i believe 2005 (oops i forgot they beat the favre jets in sd)

Certainly hoping it's not that. For the remainder of this season, I'm not so sure it would be a downgrade if the Texans had to go to their backups, since Kubiak seems determined to run Foster into the ground and has succeeded in doing that. But long-term, it would be a shame if it's a significant injury. He's a great runner and a good guy by all accounts.
