Clowney's problem's been health. If Watt can come back at 100% next year, and Clowney/Mercilus stay healthy, that's going to be one hell of a group.

The problem for Houston is that "if" has been too high a hurdle to climb in recent years.

It would only be for 2017, if memory serves. After next year, they can cut Osweiller and take just a $6m hit, or something like that.
