There is no current comparison between the New England Patriots and the legacy reputations of ND or NYY. I'm a Celtics fan and will tell you the same about C's.

The Patriots are on a different level in this century. Comparing ND or NYY or Celtics or Montreal Canadiens is nice for the media and nostalgic people.

Man I didn't realize how good his stats still were this year. In a year with no clear MVP favorite, wouldnt be surprised to see him get some votes. Highly doubt he'll win it when his team can only finish 10-6 at best

The teams you reference do not have the 4 Horsemen, Ara Parseghian or Babe Ruth, Reggie Jackson playing on them.

The NFL is pissed at Brady and Belichick and teams get up to play them contemporaneously.
