NFL TEAM caught switching balls and was punished

This gets me so angry. The league looks the other way when other teams actually bend the rules and takes away the Pats first round draft pick over a transgression that was scientifically proven never to have happened.

We know Kraft is too much of a ****y to stand and fight. I wish there was a creative attorney that could find a way for the fan base to sue the league on basis of a violation of of consumer rights.

Hmmm, so a relative non issue in 2007 becomes headlining news on CNN in 2015 (not like they have anything else worthy of reporting).

Has Brady's legal team filed their response to the NFL's contention in Federal Court??..

This may be an interesting precedent, even though it is relatively older..

Kessler will file his response brief by Monday night. December 7 is the deadline. There's little chance this gets brought up, but if it does there's a whole slew of things that could maybe sorta get brought up to show Goodell as evidently partial and biased, which is one of the 3 charges that have yet to be ruled on.

Okay so that would never happen. What else could Bob have done? Appeal? That's a waste of time because the person who he's appealing to is the moron who is currently the commissioner. He could sue but that's a long drawn out legal battle that would do more harm than good not only to himself to the league as a whole.

He was in a no-win situation and blaming him for accepting that fact is unfair.

How would suing to recoup lost picks that were taken (despite the NFL's own paid-for report saying the team was innocent) harm Kraft? Or the league, for that matter? The league put itself in the crosshairs by acting like assholes.

Kraft laid down, then when he realized he got ****ed, it was too late to do anything.

It can't have been the Patriots in '06. The League and Goodell would NEVER have sat on that tidbit especially when they went so far as to release incorrect and speculative information about 11 of 12 balls and Brady's phone.
