BillsFan4Life and Aldogg didn't submit picks so they are eliminated. Everyone else survived week to so it's on to week 3 for the 10 survivors:

NEM
IrishHooligan
scout
tedster822
braveht
emoney 33
SBPatsFan
SamBam39
kurtinelson

Good luck in Week 3!

It will be my pleasure to take the Pats in week 3.

I'm a little nervous about this week. After further review I'm accepting Washington Redskins (ya, those Superbowl bound skins, lol) over the Houston Texans.

The suckitude of the Texans cannot be understated. It's sad how poorly run this team still is.

I'l take Miami , they gotta win at least one, most likely this week.

I'll take Philidelphia over San Francisco.

Miami over Tennessee

Wow, some nervous people this week (Miami, Baltimore). For week four, I'm going with Indy over the Jets. Heck, if I lose, I'll take it for the team.

..and Rosie Ruiz takes the lead!

Still waiting on emoney 33.

Yeah - what was up with that JCT post?
being a smartass or doesn't know what a survival pool is?

anyway - it looks like emoney never posted his pick and kurtinelson went down in flames with the patriots so we are down to 8 teams already!

and those of us who had the ravens - a 52 yard field goal with 24 secs left to win by 1 point? I told you they'd 'kick the snot out of romeo's hapless browns' - hah - had it all the way!

I assume that the rules are the same as last year, that once you have selected a team, that you cant take the same team again. Is that correct?????

That being said, I will take the Panthers over the Saints.

yes - of course you can't pick a team again once you've already picked them.

the rules are explained in the first post of this thread.

otherwise, there would be no challenge to it! - you have to think about when you want to use up the best teams...

... but you can pick the same team several times to lose. Ride SFO and the Titans express.

Maybe next year we can put some kind of limit on how many times you can pick a team to lose. I'm not sure the Texans will win a game this year, but the two Tennessee-Houston games will be "white-knuckle" time.

ok, week 4, here we go.

I'm gonna go with the cowboys over the titans.

I think they can pull it off, but ya never know

I'm betting on the continued suckitude of the Packers, so I'm going with Philly over Green Bay.

I REALLY considered picking Miami over Houston, but as bad as Houston is, I think we underestimate how overrated the Dolphins are. The talking heads must have been smoking crack this pre-season.

Week 4 I am taking Dallas over Tenn.
What more can Cowboy fans ask for? T.O. is killing himself for that team.:singing:

Still waiting on SBPatsFans's pick.
