They'll probably save Green Bay for sweeps month. So the Pats will likely be playing them in November.
OK, then why are all the light beer commercials aimed toward millennials using millennial actors? (I don't see many micro brews offered at Gillette Stadium, just millennials drinking light beer and texting about it.) And you're wrong about baby boomers complaining about a soggy nacho, because baby boomers don't BUY nachos.Agree on the television event.
Millennials actually like more hoppy beers. That's why micro-breweries are popular with us. So that's what they'll be drinking while they're taking pictures of it on their smart phones and posting it to social media to let everyone know how "rich" and "fulfilling" their lives are and "how much fun" they're having (because, you know, you have to post about it if you're actually enjoying the moment). Meanwhile their baby boomer parents will be at the concession stand of the event complaining to a supervisor because one nacho was more soggy than it should have been.
It isn't even a leak, I remember in years past they officially announced the Thanksgiving game and other premium games a couple days in advance.Kind of surprised nothing has leaked yet. I'd figure by noon we'll have a handful of leaked primetime games and two or 3 links to "ZOMG The REAL schedule I found it!!!!!"

What a putrid game to kick off that schedule.Jetes- Lions to open on MNF, so we know we won’t play Minn, Det or NYJ week 1.
Report: Jets-Lions to open season on Monday Night Football
What a putrid game to kick off that schedule.
There are usually two MNF games opening week - a east coast version and west coast version. Jets-Lion are the east coast version, which as you said is terrible.
What a putrid game to kick off that schedule.
Come to think of it if the Jetes draft Baker Mayfield the game could be interesting if be starts...
What a putrid game to kick off that schedule.
I'm already looking forward to seeing the Jete open with a loss followed by a short week then getting booed at home. Entertainment at its finest. What a putrid game to kick off that schedule.
Reportedly Texans at Pats will be Week 1
