I love how confident the Packers were to start the game, taking the ball after winning the coin toss and ending with a TD.

Cowboys completely getting out coached right now. The Packers look prepared, not so the Cowboys.

Cowboys have way better roster. They should be able to make a comeback unless McCarthy can't make an adjustment.

Why does the clock not start on the declined penalty?

So the defense can stop the clock if they choose to commit a penalty even if it's declined?

there is definitely a scenario where that would help the defense who has no time outs so what am I missing here?

Did they call a PI? I thought they called holding which they declined.

Well, ‘definitely a scenario’ would require so many caveats and the timing* reqd makes it unusable in my mind.

*The D would essentially have to decide to commit a foul “while the play is ongoing”. But what if that then overturned a fumble/int?
