I don’t think James is even really Hall of Fame worthy at all. No way he’s better than Seymour and Rodney.
I've been on the Harrison-HOF wagon for a minute now.
1)Impact player on 2 SB teams.
2)Longevity. And was a great player for many years, didn't just hang around.
3)Stats. His #'s are as good as 99.9% of any S to ever play.
His reputation is probably hurting him but that's incredibly hypocritical imo. Dude was an enforcer and was one of the best ever at it. He played when the game was balanced and unforgiven between the hashes.
Not only that but again his #'s are so good. INT, Sacks, TFL, PD ... His versatility speaks and shows up through the stat sheet.
Him and Sey getting in will be huge. Brady & Gronk will surely follow.
We really need to push for Slater too. He has been top 3, the best at his position forever. I'd push for #75 too. Top 3, if not the best at his position for a long time.
Some owners and fans would like nothing more to pretend this era/run didn't exist.
