The moment seems too big for the Texans*, when i picked them as my upset pick i simply didn't think they would be this unprepared for basic things and make so many basic mistakes. Like having a spy on Jackson is obvious.... Not jumping offside and committing so many penalties shouldn't be a problem at this point. Also just some DUMB defensive looks.

There is some good news, those penalties will get cleaned up, they aren't going to commit 20 today. And at this point they will hopefully have remembered that Jackson can run and to play their D with that in mind. Sadly they already converted 2 big time plays and they led to a total of 3 points. And i don't think they will continue to pull those out of their hat at this rate so they will need to win more often straight up. I was counting on the big plays with Nico to help, but I also knew the Ravens wouldn't let them just keep having them. When you make big plays like they did you need to make something out of it on those drives.

I've got a nephew who's in player personnel for the Texans and another who's at the game cheering for the Ravens so I'm like Go Team!

I know it's early, but i wouldn't have hated a fake there. Just saying. You need to swing this momentum in your favor. I know you may lose the game right there, but you need to know when a game isn't going in your favor and do something BEFORE it is too late. That was 4th and a short 1. That be a good time to fake the punt and pick it up. They probably wouldn't expect you to do it deep in your end and with the game still in reach. I give them a 70-75% chance to pick it up and I would have taken those odds.

Van Noy having himself a nice season at almost age 33.

Lamar Jackson, Agholor, and Zay Flowers..
all guys Bill the Coach didn't want - all coming up bigly for Baltimore

BB never had his team unprepared for a loud road environment like the Texans seem to be.

Hahahahaha!!!

and just like that....tied game !!

sweet return... lol, nice little bit of high stepping right there at the end

someone is forgetting 2021 in Buffalo
That wasn’t the crowd noise that was McCorkle Jones being himself and guys like Myles Bryant being asked to play way above his weight class

Well was a hell of a return, great balance.

Somewhere out there Belichick is getting ready for a bubble bath with wine, some classical music and a very locked door to... think about that play.
