Commanders playing no huddle but ref standing over the ball until defense is set. I thought that was the case only when the offense made substitutions to allow defense to match them. Can't tell from TV coverage if the Commanders are sending in substitutes between plays, but if they are, it makes no sense to go fast.

I think he has been perfectly fine, I like how he doesn't take up unnecessary air time speaking about random stuff. Plus part of it is that people think he is secretly recruiting for the Raiders

I think he's a really good Color guy in the Romo mold. The difference between him and usual color guys is they are just there to break up the announcements with platitudes. When Brady talks he does bring his opinion in, but he also nerds out with some football knowledge. Like you know that even if he's been away from the game he is still super into it and watches most of the games and learns about the players, not even just the ones he will be announcing but all the guys in the NFL.

That gives his color commentary a lot more depth and more meaning then just a guy getting excited about plays while the pro announcer calls the game. Speaking of which, pro announcers don't get the credit they deserve. People love the color guys but the professional announcer next to Brady is an absolute star at what he does. You can really hear him hit all the beats and set up Brady well.

Gibbs reminds me of Jamal Charles/Chris Johnson. However, he does seem to rely on blocking.

I agree with the poster above that Allen/Jackson need to beat Mahomes and win a SB. But...

Allen went toe to toe with Mahomes twice in the postseason. He lost once because his HC screwed up with 13 seconds. His playoff stats are also very good. They don't win because of coaching imo.

Jackson is a different story. He turns into a different guy once the postseason comes around. He has been a huge reason for their losses.
