No, you're just a homer. That team was a juggernaut all season and beat a very good Patriots team fair and square with their backup QB.
you're probably right

The 2013 Seahawks were downright lethal once they had Percy Harvin healthy for the Super Bowl.
The 2017 Eagles being that high certainly isn't a joke. Though it would be fair to put the 2016 Patriots above them
And they certainly belong on any competent list of top 10 teams from the last decade.
13-3 (including Mulligan loss w17). 3rd in PF, 4th in PA.
Won SB with backup QB.
They have the ring, record, and stats.
How is that not a top 10 team?
Yeah. Carter and Anderson were big in 2011. We lost both to free agency, I think.
Fair to note that guys like Tate and Kearse were not at their peaks yet. Here was their WR corp. Not too shabby:
- 89 Doug Baldwin
- 11 Percy Harvin
Although there's a bit of a chicken-vs-egg thing here, was it all the winning that make these names recognizable, or was it these players that made all the winning. Similar problem the Pats had when their 'everyman' players of the oughts became famous.
- 81 Golden Tate
That’s true, but the Patriots can go 3-13 this season and still have the best decade Winning %in history. Additionally they are the only repeat winner this decade, and they have been in the last 8 AFCCG’s, and 5 Super Bowl’s, winning 3 of them. They didn’t win one game a few times, they owned the NFL.
