Next Stop, the Underwear Olympics

Dakota Dozier a very slow 5.32 40.

Joel Bitonio 5.00 40 1st run. Mayock calls him a 2nd round pick.

1.68 10 yard split . Only Armstead (2nd round), Pugh(1st) and Johnson (1st) beat that last year.

Cameron Fleming 5.25 1st attempt, very slow 1.90 10 yard split.

Seantrel Henderson 5.03 40, 1.71 10 yard split.

That's outstanding.

Henderson is 6' 7 1/8" 331#.

Ultra-athletic former TE Nate Solder ran a 4.96 40 with a 1.72 10-yard split at 6' 8 1/4" 319#, for comparison.

Gabe Jackson 5.43 40, 1.78 10 yard split.

Ja'Wuan James 5.25 40, 1.82 10 yard split.

Cyrus Kouandjio 5.56 40, 1.79 10 yard split. Really slow.

Which is why I keep coming back to the fact that Henderson is a really interesting Patriots' prospect.

Will Sutton weighs in at 303#, below his Senior Bowl weight.

Joel Bitonio 4.91 2nd attempt, 1.74 10 yard split. All times unofficial.

Where do you think he starts having value? I would take him in the 4th for sure and maybe the 3rd.

I don't particularly want to take a tackle that high, but that sounds about right general range. Mayock says he could go "anywhere from the 2nd round to the 7th", which doesn't narrow things much.

Planet theory applies for me. See Marcus Cannon.

Cameron Fleming looks rather heavy to me. 5.34 2nd attempt, 1.92 10 yard split.

Dakota Dozier 5.28 2nd attempt, 1.78 10 yard split.

I agree, he could be best value available, though his tape is more inconsistent than Cannon's, and Cannon slipped to the 5th because of medical concerns.

I'm reserving judgment on Henderson. In the 5th or later he's a steal. 3rd-4th depends on further review of his tape, how he interviews (is the motor there), and who else is available. Henderson's athletic potential and size has never been in question, but his tape has never consistently matched up.

For me the draft is about finding values. It's all about identifying good prospects and then finding the ones that slip to where they are outstanding values. I agree that Henderson has enough to make him a prospect of interest - now the job is to refine the level of interest, and see if he slips to where he would be an outstanding value.

Seantrel Henderson 5.03 2nd attempt, 1.72 10 yard split. Very consistent.

Mayock compares him to Philip Loadholt - Henderson is more athletic.

I was high on Henderson last year and had him in a lot of mocks before he decided to go back to Miami because of his size and athleticism. I was keen to see how he developed this year as well but in the end I just gave up. He's got the size and the athleticism but the guy just isn't a very good football player. He really hasn't developed and couldn't even start consistently for Miami. You can dream on his upside which is why I can understand a late 4th/5th round pick for him but I wouldn't go higher than that. I think some team is probably going to WAY overdraft him in the 2nd or 3rd and be pretty disappointed.

Gabe Jackson 5.57 very slow 2nd attempt, solid 1.81 10 yard split.
