Decent YAC on Crosser's and Slant's...if they are shorter passes. An X-receiver's route tree.

Very good point and something that Steve Smith brought up in his review of Tet. He didn’t see press much in college but when he did he had issues with it. He’ll see a ton of press in the pros.Tet is a good receiver. My problem isn't his testing or speed. It's his ability to play the X. He's more of a power slot (and very very good there) than a true outside receiver who can win against press. Could he develop into that? Absolutely. But I don't see him doing it that much on tape. He's an upgrade on what we have, but he's not the guy everyone always wants.
Not yet. He might just get there. I'd still prefer other players at 4, but I've come around to him after a modest trade down in the top ten. Still prefer Higgens in the late first for an X receiver, however.

That's the feeling I get with Tet. He doesn't like to get hit. Seems to go out of his way to avoid contact.Very good point and something that Steve Smith brought up in his review of Tet. He didn’t see press much in college but when he did he had issues with it. He’ll see a ton of press in the pros.
Vrabel like Divas see Diggs thread... you dig.I would rather have intelligent fans over drama queens.
So you are signing with the Pats?Vrabel like Divas see Diggs thread... you dig.
Football teams do not provide those within their fan bases. lolI would rather have intelligent fans over drama queens.
And Scuba Steve is our waterboyPatsFans2, RealFan02, RayRay and LTD. That's the WR Corps.
Or we just want to take advantage of finding one competent NFL WR for Drake Mage while he’s on his rookie contractMadden game has fried their wherewithal.
If you watch his tape he’s terrific YAC guyDecent YAC on Crosser's and Slant's...if they are shorter passes.
Talented receiver, no question, but is he a football player?I just found out that that video of Tet saying he doesn't watch football is from his freshman season - ie before he became good. Maybe he started watching football! Context is important.
I'm not sure how you would define football player in such a way as to exclude him.Talented receiver, no question, but is he a football player?
I did not get the Diva vibes. Just a pleasant guy with a large ego which is understandable.Same but here's his interview at the combine.
He seems like your typical diva type. No thanks.
A 4,55 forty for a 6’5” WR isn’t that slow. That’s Tee Higgins speed.I did not get the Diva vibes. Just a pleasant guy with a large ego which is understandable.
That being said, I would not be happy drafting in the first or second. If we do draft him, I have to believe that Josh McDaniels was not locked out the draft room but is instead up to his old screwups. Too much like Harry. Big slow guys do not cut it anymore; NFL CBs are getting taller and taller; heck you could probably cover him with an NFL free safety.
Hey sure. I could well be totally wrong. I have screwed up before when predicting big, tall WRs as draft busts.A 4,55 forty for a 6’5” WR isn’t that slow. That’s Tee Higgins speed.
