Which players should stay and which should go?

Garoppolo should only go if it's a really good deal.

We're going to have 5 good receivers.

Edelman 1 short passes
Floyd 2 intermediate
Hogan 3 long
Mitchell 4
Amendola 5 3rd down hands

Lewis and white in the backfield.
Blount needs to go.
We need to draft a good running back.
Marty will go as well cause of money.
Lengel can possibly improve or we just draft another te.
The line needs some competition

1,161 rush yards (eighth in league) , 18 TDs in the regular season (1st in league and franchise record), AFC Offense Player Of The Month for September, and Blount needs to go?

Blount needs to go??? You can't be serious...

We need better run blocking for a guy like Blount he needs a hole to get going. If oline cant open the holes we are better of with Lewis who can make his own yards. Overall wasnt a great run blocking year but the O line is young.

Just wanted to add in no way do I want us to get rid of Blount but either bettre run scheme or blocking. 18tds 1200 yds ill take it anyday.

Blount does not "need" to go. If he goes, he goes. But he contributed to this season - especially when Brady wasn't on the field last Fall.

Bennett might follow the money. I'd love to see DA restructure. Harmon & Ryan are the interesting ones for me. Both are excellent value ATM, but may command more on the open market than BB is willing to pay. They are the two (especially Harmon) I'd want to keep. DMac has been consistent. I think Harmon holds the fort if needed.

HT is a tough call. He will want/deserve big $. Does BB want to keep him badly enough to spend ? I hope he is here next year. But I dunno... BB is heartless when it comes to assigning value.

Garopollo gets traded for a Top 12 pick.... or a very high 2nd rd pick (33-35 overall) and a plethora of 2nd day picks.

You never know how free agency will shake out but Harmon is a luxury that we may have to do without. Plus he is a shaky tackler at times. Blount is one dimensional and his 3.9 average can definitely be improved upon. I have been a Blount fan but there is no middle ground with this guy and he is usually great or horrible. If we are down 10 or more in ANY game, he becomes USELESS.

The guys I really want to retain are Logan Ryan, Hightower, Marty, and Chris Long. These guys are very consistent and you can build and scheme around them.

Blount is another in the long line of winners that are buried every year by people here.
