Saw on GBN report draft buzz, a hint of a scenario where the Jets trade Sanchez and their first rounder to Cleveland for the #4 pick and the Jets would take RB Richardson of Alabama.

If the Jets do this, then it is another reason we need Brockers and Reyes for next season.

Although the thought of Richardson running into Wilfork at the LOS is exciting to think about.

Um, Sanchez just restructured his contract so his next two years of salary are guaranteed. I'm no expert but I imagine the cap hit would be ridiculous and there's no chance in hell the Browns would want to pay even half of his salary. :bricks:

sanchez would get eaten alive in that division

bengals rising D and ravens, steelers? Twice a year?

Might as well scratch that career.

Does Sanchez have any trade value at all?

I have no problem with the Jets absorbing a huge cap hit. And I have no problem facing Tebow twice a year as well.

I am a little apprehensive about facing Richardson twice a year though. He's a beast and I still think that he could single handedly complete our offense.

Going from 16 to 4 would mean you value Sanchez at 800 point or equal to the 31st pick. Anybody trade 31 for Sanchez straight up?

That was debunked, YESTERDAY, I'm sorry to say

Why wouldn't Sanchez have trade value? He has been fairly successful in the regular season and has 4 post season road wins.
