I don't want to hear anyone say the "Fire BB" crowd is crazy after this.

And it's not "ableist" to say Bob is too old to be running a team (not to get political but look at our president...just sayin'). People get old and they lose a step or two or three especially at that age. Plus, Jon's been running the day-to-day of the organization for a while now. Bob may sign off but he's a figurehead more or less and has been for a while.

And, heck, Bob deserves it. We should all be so lucky in our twilight years.
