I agree with most of your takes.
Couple of thoughts:
Asiasi had a poor blocking last year imo. If we want our third TE to be flexibel for the FB role i would keep Keene. If we want a better pass catcher it could probably be Asiasi.
I hope Nixon makes the team. We need another speedy WR in our WR room.
I think it will be close between Adams and Cowart.
The last LB spot I see competing Hall Bentley Jennings McMillan. I would keep Jennings and one of McMillan or Hall probably. Anyone who is faster then Bentley. Did i miss Cassh Maluia in the list?

Cassh Maluia was waived back in March.
 
I'm in almost 100% agreement here, except that I have Dalton Keene in & Monty Adams out...I'm also hoping that a healthy (for a change) and motivated Yawndy Cachoo can beat out Herron for the Swing Tackle role.
